USEFUL GUIDES
Each apartment has it’s own high-speed Wi-Fi network. You can connect to the Wi-Fi by either scanning the QR codes available in the flats or using the credentials in your reservation confirmation email.
To enter the code in the lock, you need to wake it up. You do that by pressing the “*” button, until the button backlights turn on.
You can then enter the code you have received, follow by the hash “#”. If you are successful, the light at the top of the lock turns green, a sound is heard and the door unlocks.
You can see a video guide on how to do that below. The code used in the video (1234) is for demonstration purposes only and does not actually work. You will need to use the code you received by email.
If you enter the wrong code 10 times, the lock will enter a security mode for a couple of minutes, where all the buttons will be flashing.
You will be able to retry entering your code after this period.
On sunny days, the solar water heater will provide enough hot water for 5-6 people.
Please be very careful when using the hot water in the summer, as the water temperature can be extremely high!
In the winter or if you have used all the hot water, you will need to turn on the hot water switch in the flat’s switchboard.
4th Floor Apartment
You can find the hot water switch on the switchboard located next to the door of the 2nd bedroom.
Then, to turn on the hot water:
- The switch in position #22 must be in the upper position.
- You must push the button in position #36 once
- The lights in positions #24 and #36 come on
The hot water will be enough for 3-4 people. You need to repeat these steps again if the hot water runs out.
Video Demonstration
You can watch a short video on how these work below.
The apartments use Air Conditioning units for heating and cooling. You can control these using the remote controls available near each unit.
You can see the remote controls below.
You can use the orange up and down buttons to set the temperature.
The “Mode” button lets you change the unit’s mode between heating, cooling, fan, and dehumidification.
There are also receiver units connected to the ACs by a short cable, which are necessary for the remote controls to work. These must stay connected to the ACs at all times.
You can see how these units look below.
Some of the AC units also require an additional pump to drain water. You can see these pumps in the image above as well.
There are several private parking stations in the area. You will need to contact them directly to book, although free spaces are almost always available.
Since not all of them are open 24/7, you will need to confirm their opening hours.
